Our standard model Phytopod™-3, is roughly equal to a 3' x 5' garden patch, and offers nearly 5 times the space of its footprint! It is 36" in height, with a 18" diameter and makes the perfect vertical garden! The internal proprietary watering system ensures even moisture throughout the Phytopod™-3 so you can grow plants all over its surface! Plant all kinds of vegetables and herbs-- year-round in some regions. A Phytopod™-3 can provide enough lettuce and salad greens to feed a couple on a daily basis -- 62 heads of lettuce or spinach can be planted on a Phytopod™-3! The air exchange bags used in our Phytopods are a key component of the product and essential for proper air, water and temperature balance in your vertical garden. They are engineered to provide a perfect shape and porosity for supporting plants in vertical growth. Standard bags shipped with our Phytopods are made from knitted recycled plastic. Phytopod™-3 Kits include wire mesh frame, internal watering assemblies, air exchange bag and assembly instructions. Potting mix and plants are not included.
